How do we get to Aberfoyle?

Answer

From Harare, take the Mutare Road 170km to Rusape. Turn left at Rusape on to the Nyanga Road. Travel 77km to the Juliasdale turn off. Turn right and go 22km. Turn left onto the Honde Valley Road and go 65km to Aberfoyle. A more detailed map will follow. If you would like a lift please let us know and we will be happy to organise one for you.

How far is Aberfoyle from Harare

Answer

350kms but it will take you about 5 hours as the last 70kms is on very meandering roads.

Are the roads good?

Answer

The road is very good tar except for the last 6kms which is a gravel road that can be a little rough but easily negotiable by any vehicle; 4×4 vehicles are not needed.
