Border Entry
Identification accepted at the border: -U.S Passport or -Drivers license/ID (AND) Birth certificate kids just need birth certificates (optional: purchase a travel ID for kids) When you pull up they will ask for everyone's ID and vehicle registration and insurance. After checking that, they will waive you through. Please note the border will be busy due to the holiday weekend so have all of your documents ready.

On the way to Mexico, we stop in Ajo AZ and get short term insurance for our stay. It is very affordable and worth it. 3641 N Ajo Gila Bend Hwy, Ajo, AZ 85321 (dont forget your DL, and registration!)
