Will the wedding be catered?

Answer

Yes. We will have buffet-style catering with appetizers, salads, entrees, sides, and dessert.

What if I have allergies?

Answer

If you have an allergy to something, please let us know in your RSVP. We will try to accommodate, but we will likely have a fixed menu. We will try as best we can to accommodate regardless.

Are kids welcome?

Yes. We are so excited to have your little ones there to celebrate with us!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes. We will have a his and hers menu. You are welcome to bring alcohol of your preference if you'd like.

What will the weather be like?

Most likely hot and sunny. We will have sunscreen available and the barn provides shelter.

Formal attire. You are allowed to wear any color. Yes, including white. If you want to matchy-match, who am I to say no?

Where should I stay?

Answer

There is a list of hotel recommendations and airbnbs provided by our venue coordinator. If you are apart of the wedding party and would like to stay at the Airbnb in Hendersonville, please contact Keara. The space is limited at the airbnb, and it is first come first serve.

How should I get there?

Answer

We are currently looking at shuttle options for our guests, but currently there are none. Uber, car rental, or catching a ride with someone is a great option. If you need additional help with this, please contact Keara. If you are in the wedding party, you will most likely be accommodated.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Yes.

Where should I sit during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have reserved seats for specific family members and friends. The rest of the seating is open.

There will be a wall with a seating chart to tell you which section you will be sitting in.

We have accommodated for most people to have a plus one. Please check with Keara if you'd like to bring a plus one and add it to your RSVP.

What is the Wedding Night Out?

Answer

The Wedding Night Out is a way for us to get together with family and friends attending the Wedding before the big day! We will be bar hopping in Nashville during our night out, and everyone is invited, but you definitely don’t have to go. If you are able to come and also would like to go to dinner beforehand, please reach out to Keara so she can add you to the dinner reservation.
