FAQs

The Wedding Website of Mackenzie LaCost and Joshua Keane
Question

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the estate by 4:00 pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat in the chapel before the ceremony begins. We recommend that you are seated 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Doors will close promptly at 4:20 pm. We will post a shuttle schedule shortly, if you are coming from the Double Tree.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We adore all the little ones in our lives, but we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration (21+). We hope you’ll use this evening as a chance to relax, enjoy, and make it a special date night! We hope all of our friends and family understand.

Question

When is the rsvp deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 25, 2026.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, please go the the "travel" section on our website for all of the details!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal celebration. We kindly ask men to wear suits and women to wear evening gowns. We cannot wait to see everyone looking their best.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your wedding invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation and in your RSVP details. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place at Pear Tree Estate. The ceremony will be in the chapel, followed by cocktail hour (outdoors if the weather cooperates!) and the reception inside the estate. The buildings are just a short walk apart, and parking is available at both locations if you’d prefer to move your car after the ceremony.

Question

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Yes! We’re having an unplugged ceremony — no phones or cameras, please. The greatest gift you can give us is your full presence as we say “I do.” We’ve hired amazing professionals to capture every moment, and we promise to share the photos with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like!
