Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held outdoors, with the reception being inside a large pavilion. Heat lamps will be available. Weather around this time of the year is typically highs in mid 60s and lows in mid 40s.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue. You can leave your car overnight if need be, as the gates close and lock, and will be reopen the next morning at 7am to pick up your vehicle, which needs to be picked up by 10am the following day.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP online ASAP under the RSVP tab, and no later than the 1st of November so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Will Not Attend” so we can plan accordingly.
