The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. As of June 2, Philadelphia is fully open for business, with the exception of indoor mask-wearing. We will know more exact guidelines of outdoor gatherings in the suburbs closer to the wedding date, but we are hopeful that July will bring many more people vaccinated and safe looser restrictions. At the moment, we still encourage social distancing whenever possible.
We are hoping for clear skies! But in the case that it rains, we have a large tent that covers all of the tables and will have extra smaller tents ready to set up. The party will go on!
The dress code is relaxed and fun, semi-formal garden and golf attire. For a more specific guide, use this link: https://blog.wedtexts.com/what-is-garden-party-attire-for-a-wedding/
The virtual ceremony will last roughly 30 minutes. Please log in to Zoom with enough time beforehand to ensure you are not having technical difficulties. The outdoor reception will begin at 3 and a catered buffet dinner will arrive around 5. We are not setting a hard end time, hoping that people feel comfortable to hang out for as long as they'd like.
While we'd love to have your guests attend, we want to keep the wedding intimate with only immediate friends and family present. Your online RSVP will indicate how many places have been reserved in your name, giving spots for writing-in of guest names. Please talk to us directly if you have any concerns.
We will be providing alcohol, including beer and wine. We will also have bartenders preparing cocktails.
