We met in September of 2023, shortly after my high school graduation and the start of Isaiah's senior year, during a new leader meeting for a ministry we both cherish deeply. Through this ministry, we saw each other multiple times a week, and in early spring of 2024, we became close friends. After nearly a year and a half of friendship, we realized we both had feelings for each other for much longer than either of us had let on. Since then, we have been inseparable! As a couple, we continued to work in ministry, helping introduce kids to Christ every week. Working together with Christ at the center originally brought us together, fostered a friendship, and now a lifelong commitment. Every day we work to place God at the center of our relationship and realize now that the Lord had our names written next to each others all along. Matthew 19:6 "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate."
