Unfortunately, due to the sheer size of both the bride and grooms’ families, we just can’t accommodate any children unless they are part of the bridal party. Our venue can comfortably fit 150 people at maximum. If JUST the bride’s maternal side of the family brings all of their children, we will be approximately 40 people over capacity. We appreciate your efforts to make accommodations for your children in advance and we understand (as parents) this is easier said than done.
We request that only the names included on the invitations be in attendance. So unless your invite specifically says “and Guest”, we will be unable to accommodate anyone not listed on an invite.
Typically, gents wear a nice pair of jeans, cowboy boots, and a button down shirt. Maybe add a sport coat if you’re feeling fancy. Ladies, a casual, comfortable dress will do. Anybody who has a cowboy hat is encouraged to wear it, alongside any bolo ties, belt buckles, or other cool western attire!
We are still ironing out the details of what we will have for food. Stay tuned!
We will have an open bar day of, but we are asking our guests to fill out the form linked. This will not be a BYOB event. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe8iydRnHNMg4AiCeKUUCxs7U4ONBAp3ne0Mn3sZfIvjj5tyw/viewform
There will be RSVP information on the formal invitations, and you can RSVP right here on the website! Please, if you are certain you will be unable to attend prior to receiving the invitation, let us know.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we request that all phones and other devices be on silent and away. Just be in the moment, we hired a professional to take the pictures. As for the reception— post away. Just tag us!
Yup. Ceremony is outside, cocktail hour and reception are in a barn. Dress accordingly.
