Traveling to Healdsburg

Answer

Healdsburg is approximately 90 minutes north of San Francisco. For guests traveling from outside the Bay Area, we recommend flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland International Airport (OAK) and renting a car or arranging transportation to Healdsburg. For those traveling within California, Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is another convenient option and is located just 20 minutes from Healdsburg.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request our guests to wear semi-formal attire in soft pastels and light neutral colors— think Springtime! We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (sport coat/blazer and tie is optional) for men.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be a teenage/adults-only celebration (13+), with the exception of our young wedding party members, so that all guests can enjoy a relaxed evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation. If you wish to request a plus one not listed, please contact us in advance for approval. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at the venue. Upon arrival, two parking attendants will be there to help guide you where to park. However, we want you to have a great time and get back to where you're staying safely! Please consider booking a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. If you do choose to drive, Ru's Farm does allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following day.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so we can keep the moment intimate and unplugged. Afterward, please feel free to capture all the special moments!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by April 10, 2027, so we can plan accordingly! (Please note that the RSVP option won't be available until your wedding invitations are sent out)
