Restaurants, food stalls, and some good brews. Afterwards, hop across the street and hit the east side trail of the Beltline, which is former railway corridor converted into a walkable/bikeable/skateboardable pathway connecting Old Fourth Ward and Midtown. Check out the cool street art and the lively scene as you stroll up towards Piedmont Park.
We spend a lot of time here during baseball season. Unfortunately it's not game time but there's lots to do in the area surrounding. Some of our favorite places include Super Pan for some pretty good Mofongo, Antico's for neapolitan style pizza and punch bowl social for crafty cocktails and games.
Hands down the best tacos in Atlanta, we don't care how much you locals love La Parilla. If you want some delicious ethnic cuisine in Atlanta, start searching on Buford Highway first. You can find almost anything on this long stretch of commuter road, to find the local gems.
It's an aquarium, not the best one we've ever been too but definitely a great option for the kids. Coca-cola is right next door so maybe kill two birds with one stone while you're here.
Hands down, the best italian in Atlanta. Our favorite weekend activity has been eating out and Atlanta sure is a great place to do so.
One of the best steakhouses. Close runner up is Little Alley Steak. Bones is very traditional white tablecloth steakhouse. Portions are huge, service is top-notch and if it's your birthday you get free yummy ice cream cake!
Fancy pants restaurant which feels like it should be in the running for a michelin star.
Awesome area to go during the day for some boutique shopping or brewery hopping (Gate City, Variant).
Recommend the rooftop for beautiful view of the city. You will need to pay cover but great if the weather is nice and as a bonus they have a mini amusement park and mini golf up there.
