Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Here is a visual to give you an idea of what you could wear. There is a good chance it will rain at some point. It may be a good idea to bring an umbrella!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The theme of our wedding is a Hacienda, and the Dress code is Cocktail attire. You're welcome to dress in a more Spanish style, but it is not required! Cocktail Attire means tea-length to floor-length dresses for women and business casual (tie not required) to formal suits for men. Please no jeans, active wear, t-shirts, tennis shoes, or other casual wear. Also, just a note that our venue is completely outside.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st. The first two people/couples/families to RSVP will be near the front of the line for dinner and will be notified at the reception.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are! Check out the registry section of our website to find our Zola registry, Cupboard registry, Target registry and Amazon registry. The Cupboard is a local shop in Old Town Fort Collins. They are our main registry but they do not have products online. It's best to call the shop (970) 493-8585 or go into the store. They'd be happy to help you find anything on our registry.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to our venue's capacity, we are unable to offer plus ones.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Here are some of the hotels with the best recommendations in Estes Park: Murphy's Resort at Estes Park Murphy's River Lodge Mountain Shadows Resort Silver Moon Inn Blue Door Inn Quality Inn Estes Park You could also stay in Loveland or Fort Collins and make the drive. It's about a 45-minute to an hour drive.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having a street taco bar. Dinner will be gluten-free and either already be dairy-free or have dairy-free options. If you are a vegetarian, there is a quesadilla option as well.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony and reception are at the same venue. There is parking in the parking lot of the venue itself as well as next door. It may be a good idea to carpool and it would be best if everyone on your invite drove together.
