When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

A guest/date will need to be cleared by the bride and groom, as there will be a guest list to enter the ceremony and reception. Please email Michele Harris at sgt11@bellsouth.net to request a plus one. *Being cleared to bring a guest/date is not guaranteed.*

Are kids welcome?

Answer

It is preferred that children not attend, but exceptions can be made in certain situations. Please email Michele Harris at sgt11@bellsouth.net to make the request. *Being cleared to bring a child is not guaranteed.*

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes. Please locate the RSVP page to list any food restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes. General parking will be available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to the venue around 3:45 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Is smoking permitted?

Answer

Smoking will only be permitted in designated smoking areas. These areas will be announced on arrival.

Are there Covid protocols?

Answer

Our venue has enforced a Covid protocol, promoting social distancing as best as possible. Ceremony chairs will be spaced out, the number of guests per table has been limited, and the food will be served by the venue staff. The venue will provide masks and hand sanitizer on site if desirable. We will also be taking temperatures for entry, so we advise to take temperatures prior to the event.
