KC was visiting her friend Kelli in Connecticut for a Halloween party at a local Cromwell bar, The Well. There KC was introduced to Tyler! She was dressed as The Statue of Liberty and Tyler was dressed as Jordan Spieth. They did long distance for about a year and a half before KC moved to CT where they had their first apartment.

One of KC & Tyler's favorite places to vacation is Ogunquit, Maine! Right around KC's birthday they decided to take a weekend trip with their dog, Nash. They took Nash for a hike and then visited some of their favorite spots in Perkins Cove before heading to the beach. It was right on the beach where Tyler got down on one knee and proposed. They spent the rest of the night hopping around downtown Ogunquit where KC had to let everyone know they got engaged just a few hours before. It was a weekend they'll never forget.
