As of 1/24/26, the only rooms available in our block of the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa would be for Friday night only. However, there are still rooms available for all dates outside of our room block. For those planning to arrive on Friday, August 21st, 2026, please note that check-in begins at 4:00 pm and our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30 pm. Early check-in can be requested but is not a guarantee. The front desk can hold luggage, and spa locker rooms are available for changing if needed.

Travel Note
Complimentary shuttles will be provided between the hotel, ceremony, and reception, with pick-up from our hotel block location (The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa and Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark). Please note that the reception is located in a separate building from the main lodge. Since it is about one mile away, we recommend bringing everything you’ll need for the evening with you. Final pick-up times and locations will be shared closer to the wedding date.
Flight
Milwaukee (MKE) - approximately 45-60 minute drive to Lake Geneva. O'Hare (ORD)* - approximately 70 - 90 minute drive to Lake Geneva. Midway (MDW)* - approximately 90 - 120 minute drive to Lake Geneva. Because rideshare and other transportation can be limited in the area, we recommend renting a car if you’d like flexibility to explore Lake Geneva and the surrounding area during your stay. *Please note that Chicago is known for heavy traffic and potential delays. We recommend keeping this in mind when booking flights and planning travel times.
