Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be exclusively outdoors. Cocktail hour will be outside but under cover of the barn, and you will be able to move inside for the reception. There will be some things set up outside, so feel free to move in and out throughout the night!

Until when can I reserve a hotel block for? Is breakfast included?
Answer
You can reserve a room at the Hilton Garden Inn Lynchburg until September 4th at 5:00 PM. Breakfast is included.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all guests bringing a guest of their own so plus ones are invitation only. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is parking at the venue and cars must be removed from the lot by 8:30 AM the following morning (Monday, October 6) (This information is being verified, please check again later to confirm).
