Denver International Airport

DIA is the closest major airport to our venue. We recommend flying your airline of choice, and then grabbing either an Uber/Lyft to Golden, CO or take the train into downtown Denver for a shorter Uber/Lyft ride!

Rental Car

Uber and/or Lyft will be your best option of travel to and from the airport, as well as the location you are staying and our venue.

Hotel

Denver Marriott West

Use the below link to stay at the Denver Marriott West for $125/night or call and ask for the Szabo/Drez rate. If you want to book outside of our block (arrive before October 10th or leave after the 13th), contact our Group Coordinator, Hannah DiBona directly at 303-273-4038 and she will set that up for you. We strongly advise getting your hotel ASAP if you plan on staying there as rooms are limited! The last day to book with our rate is September 19, 2019.

Train

Denver Airport Rail

If you'd like to save a little money traveling from the airport to the hotel/venue, you can take advantage of Denver's Light rail! Denver International Airport to Union Station - Use the A Line Union Station to Golden (Jefferson County Government Center) - Use the W Line These lines are usually traveling every 15-30 minutes so you should be able to get on a train without too much stress. Whether you take both Lines or just one, you will still need to grab an Uber/Lyft to the hotel/venue; but it will be a fraction of the cost traveling all the way from the Airport to Golden! There are automated kiosks at the stations for you to grab your ticket(s) (debit/credit card, or cash); just enter the name of the station you are traveling to (detailed above). The transferal from A to W line at Union Station is about 100 yards apart; There are maps around, and/or there are usually helpful employees around to direct you.
