Shuttle from hotels to venue

There will be three buses transporting wedding guests to and from the Norwich Inn, the Hanover Inn, and the Hilton Garden Inn. Bus #1 will pick up passengers at Dan and Whit’s (right next to the Norwich Inn) at 3:40 pm. It will then head to the Hopkins Center (right next to the Hanover Inn) and pick up guests at 3:50 pm, departing at 3:55 pm for Patch Orchards in Lebanon. Bus #2 will pick up passengers outside the Hopkins Center at 3:55 pm and depart at 4:00 pm for Patch Orchards. Bus #3 will pick up passengers at the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:00 pm and depart at 4:05 pm for Patch Orchards. Please plan to be outside Dan and Whit’s (Norwich Inn guests), the Hopkins Center (Hanover Inn guests), or the Hilton Garden Inn (Hilton guests) at least five minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure that you don’t miss the bus. They will return from the venue to all three hotels at the following times: 9:00 pm, 9:30 pm, 10:00 pm, 10:30 pm (each stopping at all three hotels).

By car, Lebanon is approximately 2 hours from Boston and 4.5 hours from New York City. If you need to rent a car near the venue, there are several options in West Lebanon, including Avis, Enterprise, and Hertz.

Darmouth Coach

Guests traveling from the Boston area can take the Dartmouth Coach from either South Station or Logan Airport. Guests traveling from the New York City area can take the Dartmouth Coach from 150 East 42nd Street (near Grand Central). Both the Boston and New York City lines make stops in Lebanon (near the Hilton Garden Inn) and Hanover (near the Hanover Inn). Boston tickets can be purchased at the bus terminal, while New York City tickets must be purchased online and printed in advance.
