FAQs

If you have any questions other than what has been listed below, then please feel free to contact the bride at (941)445-3155 or the groom at (941)713-5663.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 7th, 2025, as we won’t be able to accommodate responses after that date. Thank you for helping us plan—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be black-tie optional. Gentlemen can wear tuxedos or dark formal suits, and we kindly ask that women wear floor-length dresses. Feel free to wear any color—you’ll look amazing! For attire inspiration, please visit our Pinterest board: https://bit.ly/1114inspo

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of select guests, which will be indicated under your name on your RSVP. We encourage you to use this event as a date night!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Of course! We will have an open bar for guests to enjoy.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. Our cocktail hour will be hybrid with space to mingle outside on the terrace or inside the galleria.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30 PM, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time to find your seat. Anyone arriving after 4:30 PM will be asked to wait outside of the ceremony space.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Discounted Daily/Event Valet Parking is $10 through Hotel Haya's valet service & Overnight Valet Parking is $35 per car per night. Public parking is available in the parking lot across from Hotel Haya on E 7th Ave. This parking area has a parking fee kiosk, so please make sure to pay for your spot at the kiosk or you may get a ticket. There is also a public parking garage on N 15th St, diagonal of Hotel Haya.
