Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Absolutely no white, off-white, ivory, champagne, or light colors that could resemble white. Thank you for being respectful.

Is there anywhere to stay overnight?

Answer

Our venue does not have lodging, but we have included a list of nearby hotels in the "Lodging" Tab. Please plan accordingly with ample time if you plan to stay nearby.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to be seated at the ceremony by 4pm.

Is ample parking available?

Answer

Yes. Please be aware that some unpaved roads are required near venue.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is adult-only. All persons invited will be listed by name on the envelope. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar with beer, wine, and (2) signature drinks. No BYOB. We have covered gratuity for our bartenders, no tipping please!

Can I take my own pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony is unplugged. We appreciate you keeping all phones away during this time. We have two wonderful photographers to capture the moments! During the reception, take all of the photos/videos/selfies you like, but please be respectful of guests and our photographers.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP right here on our website under the "RSVP" menu selection. Please respond no later than April 7th, 2025.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Our whole day is on the same property for your convenience.

Is there assigned seating?

Answer

Ceremony: Front rows will have some reserved seating for immediate family. Other than that, there are no assigned seats or sides Reception: There will be assigned tables only. Please find your assigned table number listed in the reception entryway. They will be listed alphabetically for your convenience. Families will primarily be accommodated to sit together. No changes.

Will there be vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes! Any allergy or gluten concerns, please reach out to me. Our caterer is more than happy to accommodate if I can reach out to them in advance.

How do I access your wedding registry?

Answer

You can find our registry right here on our website under the "registry" tab above. We highly suggest contributions to our "Future Fund" listed first on the registry!

Will an area for gifts and cards be available?

Answer

We will have a card box and designated gift area available at the reception. If you plan to gift towards our Future Fund, it can be found under the "Registry" tab above in our Zola registry. We will also have our Venmo QR codes available on signage posted at the reception.

What is the wedding day timeline?

Answer

Please be present and seated for the ceremony by 4pm, signage will be provided as a guide. There will be a cocktail hour prior to the reception with light refreshments and open bar. The reception will begin at 6pm and dinner will be served buffet-style.

Can I share pictures of your big day on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from posting pictures from the day until the bride and groom get a chance to first. We will have a photoshare available to guests so that you can share any pictures/videos with us and other guests!
