Kayla and Jackson began their relationship the old fashioned way- meeting on Tinder (Well, they saw one another at the Berkeley YMCA, but Jackson didn't have the courage to strike up a conversation, and Kayla was focused on her workout, so they waited for the Tinder Gods to smile upon them). Their first date was a classic- dinner & drinks filled with rousing conversation, laughter, and instant chemistry. (Well really Jackson suggested dinner and drinks, but Kayla just wanted drinks, in case he was weird. Jackson missed the message though and ordered food at the bar, so Kayla watched while he inhaled a sandwich) The better news from date one- Kayla met Zoe the puppy that night, which more than made-up for the sandwich. From the first date, to their second, (a marathon day-date with hiking in Joaquin Miller Park, lunch at Cato's, and card games all afternoon), to their third date, and fourth date, and so-on, the love between Kayla and Jackson continues to grow through laughter, joy, and adventure.
