What if I can't make it?
Answer
We’ll miss you! If you’re unable to attend, please still fill out the RSVP form on our website and let us know. That way, we can plan accordingly and send our love your way.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We’d love to celebrate with all our favorite people! If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be listed on your RSVP. We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my Kids?
Answer
We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration (21 and over). We hope this allows everyone to relax, let loose, and enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements, we can’t wait to celebrate together!

What is the Dress Code?

Formal – Spring Florals Encouraged We’re embracing the beauty of the season and would love for our guests to do the same! Please join us in semi-formal attire, and feel free to incorporate spring florals, soft colors, or light fabrics to celebrate the day in style. Think garden party meets cocktail chic! Gentlemen: Suit or dress slacks with a dress shirt. A tie is welcome but not required. Please no jeans, polos, or sneakers. Ladies: Spring garden-inspired dresses or semi-formal attire in light, floral, or pastel tones. Think cocktail or midi dresses, flowy fabrics, and soft colors. Heels, wedges, or dressy flats are appropriate. We want everyone to feel polished and comfortable; so express your style, celebrate the season, and come ready to dance!

What colors should I wear?

To help create a cohesive and seasonal look, we invite you to wear soft spring tones such as: 🌸 Blush • 🌿 Sage • 🩵 Dusty Blue • 🌼 Muted Yellows & Lilacs Floral patterns in these shades are encouraged! While not required, wearing these colors will help create a beautiful, cohesive look in photos. Our bridal party will be dressed in Rosette, so guests are encouraged to avoid this shade to keep the bridal party distinct. Kindly avoid solid white or all bridal tones so the couple can shine. ✨

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have reserved hotel room blocks for guests at Best Western Heritage Inn in Benicia. Please see our Travel Page for more information on booking your stay.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We have arranged for a shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel and the venue. Please meet in front of the hotel. The shuttle will return to the hotel at from the venue.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes! There will be on-site parking available at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles there during the event. If you’re planning to use a ride share service, drop-off and pick-up will be easy from the main entrance, behind the venue.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This gives you time to park, find your seat, and settle in before we say “I do!”

Can I take photos?
Answer
We’re so excited to see the day through your eyes, but we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographers can capture every moment without distractions. After that, feel free to snap and share away! Just don’t forget to tag us using #KaywieGetsMarried

Will there be an Open Bar?
Answer
Yee! We’ll be serving a selection of beer, wine, and signature cocktails at the open bar. Come thirsty and ready to toast with us!
