When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are registered through Zola, Anthropologie, and Amazon!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45 pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! A collared shirt for the men and a dress for the ladies is a perfect option! Please refrain from wearing jeans or colors traditionally reserved for the bride! If you have any questions about attire feel free to reach out to the bride to be!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We understand that a destination wedding can be difficult to travel to! We have SLIGHT flexibility within our capacity. If your child is not listed on the invitation and you cannot make childcare arrangements please reach out prior to RSVP deadline so we can make changes! Unfortunately after RSVP deadline we cannot alter the guest list.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend The Timberline for hotel needs! There are also many airbnbs in the area If you would like to camp, there are tons of campgrounds in and around Leadville!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please reach out to Matthew or Kaytryn so we can be aware and make accommodations!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the ceremony location is limited, however there is plenty of parking on site and we can shuttle if necessary! We suggest carpooling if possible!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be in Leadville July 24th-28th! We plan to hike and go on some other fun adventures! We would love for you to come! More specifics will come soon!
