When do I have to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 15th, 2025! If we do not receive an RSVP, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please be sure to RSVP on this site as it is the only way we're tracking the final guest counts. Phone calls and texts (while so fun and exciting to receive) are too hard for us to track.

Can I bring my kids to the events?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. As much we love all of the kiddos in our community, this is an adults only wedding with the exception of our flower girls. Thank you in advance for understanding!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We put in a lot of effort to creating our guest list, so please only bring the names listed on your RSVP to our wedding ceremony and reception.

Will the wedding and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be an outdoor event in the summer. It does have cement, but with some cobblestones, so keep that in mind for the shoes that you wear. The reception will be inside a large tent, but feel free to bring a light jacket in case it gets chilly in the evening.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Black tie optional/cocktail. What does this even mean? This means there is more flexibility than black tie. Dresses hit above the ankle, as well as fitted-suits paired with a button-down, and tie. *Also- think florals and lots of color! Imagine 'garden-party' vibes!... oh and probably no white dresses LOL.

What is the parking situation for the wedding day?
Answer
There is parking at the venue. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. Carpooling is advised to ensure you can get a parking spot.

Tell me about the drink situation!
Answer
Our wedding will have signature cocktails, champagne, beer, and wine starting at cocktail hour! For our non-drinkers; we will have a coffee bar, mocktails, and other non-alcoholic beverages!

Where can I stay out in Benicia?
Answer
We have hotel blocks indicated for a one or two-night stay (the hotel block discount ends June 1st, 2025). There are other hotel options as well. Please see the Travel tab for details.

What can I do in Benicia?
Answer
Feel free to head to Downtown Benicia to explore the small, hometown charm! Enjoy the waterfront location, specialty shops, antique stores, great restaurants, fun bars, and quaint little coffee spots!
