Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved blocks at Black Bear Lodge and Golden Eagle Lodge. Please check our Travel section of the website.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire. The ceremony will take place outdoors at the top of the ski mountain. Please note that guests will need to be able to comfortably get on and off a chairlift (weather permitting).

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided via trolley from 2:00–3:30 PM, with pickups at the Black Bear and Golden Eagle. Return service to lodging will be available from 8:30–11:00 PM. Guests are welcome to drive if preferred. The venue address is: 1 Ski Area Rd, Waterville Valley, NH. parking is available at the venue for guests who choose to drive.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3pm at the latest allowing enough time to take transportation up the mountain before the ceremony begins. The last chairlift leaves at 3:30pm.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors at the top of the mountain (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors with option to go outside on the deck.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation.
