Great question! To make sure we can give our vendors an accurate final count, we’ll be submitting our guest list on April 1st. Please RSVP for you and your party by March 31st. If we don’t receive a response by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend.
When you RSVP, we have everyone in your household on the invite. Once you RSVP, you will be able to pick a dinner for each member on your invite! In order to respect space and stay within budget, we kindly ask no one outside of those listed on your online RSVP attends the wedding. We are so excited to celebrate with you!
We have a bar service throughout cocktail hour (between ceremony and reception) and a seated dinner at the beginning of the reception. We will also have dessert after speeches! Venue restrictions do not allow outside food or beverage.
We will not have a shuttle service; however, Uber and other taxi services are readily available in the area throughout the day!
We want you to feel comfortable and ready to celebrate! Wear whatever you feel best in, but if you’d like to coordinate with our theme, our main colors will be pale yellow, pink, and orange.
If you wish to buy a gift for us, we would be so appreciative! In the menu of this website, you’ll find our registry consisting of our honeymoon fund and a variety of gift options. Be sure to scroll through—there are gifts of all sizes and price ranges. Our registry gives you the option to ship it straight to us so you don’t have to deal with the hassle of traveling with a gift! Please know that gifts are never expected; your presence is truly more than enough.
Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, and we kindly ask that guests be seated by 3:15 PM. You’re welcome to arrive between 2:45 to 3:00 PM (but no earlier than 2:45 PM) to give yourself plenty of time to find your way in, choose your preferred seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins.
Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. You’re welcome to keep your phone with you, but we kindly ask that, out of respect for our photographer and those around you, it be placed on silent and kept in a pocket or purse during the ceremony.
The weather in Cambridge in early May can be a bit unpredictable. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, and temperatures typically range from 50 to 70 degrees. We recommend wearing short sleeves or a dress with a light jacket or an extra layer in case it gets chilly.
Pinewood offers plenty of parking for our guests. Please be sure to park within the designated areas so that all guests can be accommodated.
We LOVE kids and are so excited to celebrate with your little ones on our big day! We don’t see your children as a burden, so there’s no restriction on how long they can stay at the ceremony or reception. We do want to give a friendly heads-up that some explicit music may be played toward the end of the reception, though we plan to keep it to a minimum.
