"Our story begins at the birthplace of all good romances, the theater! John was doing his first play in 8 years where he met a beautiful, funny, and compassionate girl named Sarah (his words). The only catch was, Sarah made clear that she was no longer dating and needed time for herself. However, after long romantic talks about the Myers Briggs test and lesser-known plays, Sarah and John went on their first date that quickly snowballed into a relationship on April 1st. Once they both knew this was not merely an April Fool's prank but instead something real, they continued their blossoming romance with Sarah even telling John on July 4th that she knew they would marry. While this would be jarring to some, John knew he felt the same way and proposed on the one-year anniversary of their first interaction, December 12th, 2024. Since then, the two have supported each other through new jobs, higher education, personal struggles, and even days where they just needed one another's company to feel whole. The couple is excited to begin this new chapter in life, and even more excited to have those closest to them alongside them to celebrate their special day."
