Matthew and I met the summer of 2013 just before the start of our freshman year at Texas A&M. He and my high school boyfriend were attending a summer program at A&M and had become friends, I traveled to College Station to visit my boyfriend and was introduced to Matthew. Over our freshman year of college and after I had become single we saw each other in passing on campus and hung out with mutual friends. November 18, 2014 I thought I had seen Matthew at a campus event and for some reason that prompted me to message him. We messaged back and forth throughout Thanksgiving break and upon returning to school that Sunday he asked me to go to church with him (smooth huh?). After that we were pretty much inseparable! Exactly one month later on December 18, 2014 he took me on our first real date and surprised me with tickets to Santa's Wonderland, hayride and all! This Christmas will be our 5th trip to Santa's Wonderland together...

Mo Ranch has always been my favorite place since I was a little kid. My grandparents started the tradition of my family attending the summer camp back in the 1950s and it has been a yearly event since. My whole family tricked me on the Friday night of our weekend trip into walking up to the Chapel on the Hill at sunset to honor our Grandma and Grandpa. Matthew had told me he had to "work late" and would not get in until late that evening, little did I know the gorgeous was not the only thing waiting at the top of the hill. We cannot wait to celebrate the beginning of this new chapter with you!
