Due to venue and budget restrictions, we aren't able to invite all of our loved friends and family to join us this time. Please review the RSVP card included with your invitation for clarification on which specific individuals we are able to reserve seats for. After everyone has RSVPed, we will see if there is new availability to offer any additional plus ones, but unfortunately we can't make any promises. Thank you for understanding!
Although we adore all the kiddos, this big day is for big kids (16+) only! See also: "Plus One?"
There will be free parking at the venue, where there will be an attendant available to assist if needed and plenty of signage to guide you.
Formal (black tie optional, dancing shoes required)
The Ceremony will be completely unplugged for all guests, and only the professional photographers will be permitted to be taking photos. Once cocktail hour begins, however, guests are welcome (and encouraged!) to paparazzi the night away! To make sure we see all the great shots you capture, please use the wedding hashtag on social media, use the Snapchat geofilter we'll have on their app, or send them directly to our wedding email (awhitewedding21@gmail.com). We appreciate you helping to build the memories of such a special day!
There are two ways to RSVP, but however you prefer to do so, we'd appreciate knowing your plans by September 10th, 2021. We are asking for a bit earlier notice than some couples, and this is because of our limited guest list. If anyone isn't able to join us that day, we would love to be able to offer plus ones to guests who we weren't originally able to accommodate (and we'd love to try and give those guests as much notice as possible!). Thank you for understanding! 1. BY MAIL - We would be happy to accept your RSVP by mail. Simply fill out the card included in your invitation suite and send it back our way (and don't forget your song request card!) 2. ONLINE - If you'd prefer to save a stamp, we get it! You're more than welcome to go to the RSVP tab on this website and fill out your information there. You can RSVP for just yourself or for your group. You'll also be prompted there for your song request, so don't worry about missing out!
There are two ways to get us your song request, and both go along with how you plan to RSVP. 1. BY MAIL - If you wish to RSVP by mailing your RSVP card back to us, you'll just include your song request card with that. 2. ONLINE - If you prefer to save a stamp and RSVP online, you will be prompted for your song request when filling out the RSVP for the reception. Hope to see y'all on the dance floor!
As things continue to seem up in the air, we’ve luckily been able to work with a venue with permission to remain open within certain restrictions. Any mask mandate that may be active at that time will apply to all general/public areas within the banquet hall. The ballroom in which we’re holding our ceremony and reception, however, will be relieved from those mandates. Unless guests wish to remain masked, they will be able to remove them during our celebration. At this time, there are no plans to postpone or reschedule the event. We are, however, going to be VERY understanding of guests who wish to be cautious, and urge anyone feeling at all uncomfortable attending to decline their invitation (guilt free!). We also plan to verify all RSVPs before giving final numbers to the caterers, to see if any plans have changed. If any new covid-related information that is important for guests to know, we will make sure to pass it along to those who have provided their RSVP.
