How to rsvp?

Answer

Go to the rsvp page and enter your name. Your name should pop up under the search bar and click your name. Then select whether you will be attending or not. Hit the confirm button and you are all done! On the dinner one you can also list any allergies or food restrictions you have that should be considered in menu. You can also short cut to the rsvp page via the events page by clicking the rsvp button. The deadline for rsvp is March 31st

Is there accommodations prepared?

Answer

Yes, there’s a hotel block already at the Terra Country Inn. Which is also the wedding venue.

Is it themed?

Answer

Yes, we are doing a medieval fantasy theme! Complete with games and costumes!

Can I dress up?

Answer

Yes! absolutely! Please dress up and have some fun with it! Though please where comfortable shoes as there are yard games.

Is there really sword fighting?

Answer

Yes! We are going to have foam swords so guests can duel each other!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food itself will be gluten free, nut and peanut free, and shellfish free unless otherwise stated. If you have another food request please contact the groom, bride, or their parents to help get the allergy into the list of what we need accommodations for.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is! Across the street from the Tera there is a parking lot you are free to use.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have yard games and the wedding is outside so comfortable shoes are needed. Everything is in one place (wedding ceremony and reception). There will be a meal and refreshments. There will also be card and board games for those who do not want to participate in yard games.

What colors are the wedding party wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids are wearing a light purple and the groomsmen are wearing a darker a green. The groom’s parents will be in a lighter green and the bride’s parents will be in a dark purple.

Is the wedding disability friendly?

Answer

Yes! We have tactile games, an audio guest book, and there will be space for mobility aids, the venue is also wheelchair accessible.
