Rooms and wedding rates are also available for any length of stay even a week before or after the above date. Single night reservations are fine too. Here is additional hotel information for you. ​ Wedding Rates: $189.00 / night + tax (12.5%) - Standard Room $259.00 / night + tax (12.5%) - Ocean View Room* *We will be finishing up our room remodel during your stay on the 4th and 5th floors and they may not be available. There will be noticeable noise and construction occurring during Monday - Saturday. If available, ocean view rooms go very quickly and are located on the 3rd, 4th, 5th floors. We are 2 blocks from the ocean and all ocean views will have some partial obstructions. Standard rooms are run of house for best available floor on day of check-in anywhere between 1st and 5th floors. The wedding rate is not available online.
