Kaylin and Ryan met they same way most meet these days, through an app, but at a very unexpected time. The Pandemic had just hit, and while Kaylin lived in Chicago, she moved home for a few months which put her in the 20 mile vicinity most apps use to connect people together. Their first date was in a Panera parking lot with their car doors open so they could talk and eat while 6 feet apart. By their second date they both already knew that this was something special. They fell in love quickly regardless of the pandemic shutting the world down, finding whatever they could do to still have fun together. After a year they moved to Asheville, where their love grew even stronger, bonding over their love of all things nature. Their very first hike in Asheville is where Ryan proposed a half year later, and the rest is history <3
