How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab on our website and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. You may also choose to fill out and mail back the RSVP card enclosed with your invitation. Kindly, RSVP by May 6, 2026 to ensure our vendors plan accordingly for everyone.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar. It will include a few domestic beers, a few choices of wine, and house liquor. To ensure everyone's safety, please plan accordingly.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear floor- length, tea length, or midi semi- formal dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or a sophisticated skirt and blouse combination. Gentlemen can wear a dress shirt and slacks or a suit and tie. No jeans and avoid shades of white, please!

Question

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

*Update* Our reception has moved to the Mulberry Ballroom, which leads out to a patio with an overview of the golf course. The ceremony is planned to be held outdoors by the gazebo, weather permitting. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place inside in the Acacia Ballroom. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors and held in the Acacia Ballroom in a California-style setup.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 4:45pm as we will still be preparing, and no later than 5:20pm to ensure you don't miss anything. We appreciate your punctuality!

Question

I have a dietary allergy/restriction. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/requests so we can let the venue know to make the accommodations!

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you.
