How do I tell who is invited from my party?

Answer

The envelope you received your invitation in has the names of everyone that is invited. If your envelope says "& Guest", you are allowed to bring one person of your choosing. When you RSVP, please indicate "Will attend" or "Will not attend" for each person in your party.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you are not attending. If you have problems with the online RSVP, please text 616-820-9167.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual. However, we want you to use this opportunity to dress up as fancy as you'd like! Please, no jeans. Our venue is outdoors in a covered area, and the weather will likely be hot. Take this into consideration while planning your attire!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at 4:00 pm. You will need time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. The event will end at 10:00 pm.

Am I allowed to stay parked at the venue overnight?

Answer

No, please make plans to get home/to your accommodations safely after the event. If your vehicle is left overnight at the venue, it will be towed at your expense.

What kind of food will be catered?

Answer

We will be having Baked Chicken, BBQ Meatballs, Garlic Mashed Redskins with Gravy, Sicilian Blend Vegetables, Fresh Cut Fruit Salad, Cheddar Macaroni Salad, Tossed Garden Salad with Ranch and Italian Dressings, Ciabatta Rolls with Butter, and a coffee station. Water, soda, beer, wine, cider, and seltzers will be served at our bar.
