Hotel
Our official room block dates for the wedding weekend are August 6th- August 9th. The resort will honor our discounted room rates from August 3rd- August 12th if there are extended days you would like to stay to enjoy the resort. Guests are responsible for securing their reservation through email. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% of the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The resort requires a minimum three night stay. TO RESERVE To reserve your room in our room block, please email our reservation representative, Montserrat Grijalva. She will need: -Full names and dates of birth for all occupants in the room -Stay dates: August 6th-9th 2026 (minimum) -Email address After she receives the information, she will promptly secure each reservation. Rental Car
Our planner has graciously set up our private and reliable transportation to and from the airport for our guests to use if they wish. Please use the provided link to book your transportation services. They will meet you at the airport arrival doors with a sign of our wedding information so you can find them.
