When should I RSVP by?

November 1, 2025 The RSVP tab is now open! The RSVP link above will have you RSVP for the Welcome Party on 01/02/2026 first, then the Wedding on 01/03/2026

What should I do if I cannot make it to the Welcome Party or the Wedding?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it, please RSVP no as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, cocktail hour will be outdoors under a covered patio, and the reception will be indoors. However, if you need a little break from dancing we will have seating areas outdoors so you can enjoy a drink by the fireplace or under the stars!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is plenty of parking in easy walking distance from the ceremony and reception space.

What if I don't want to stay at Black Prong?

Answer

There are quite a few AirBNB and VRBO options within a few miles of the venue if you choose to stay offsite!

Invitations will specify if you receive a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are unable to have children at our wedding due to our venue having a guest cap. We appreciate your understanding!
