Will it be a big wedding?

Answer

No, we have kept the guest list to family and close friends only. We are not expecting a large crowd.

Will we be served dinner?

Answer

Yes. We are serving dinner around 5:45.

Should I wear a mask?

Answer

Yes, please bring a mask. When we are inside the building although it is a lot of space, we will be asking that masks be worn except for when eating, drinking, or taking photos. We will be spacing out the chairs for the ceremony which is outdoors, and a mask will not be required during the ceremony.

Where is the venue?

Answer

The venue is located about 25 minutes from Rogers, AR. However, your GPS will tell you that you have arrived once you reach the entrance to the driveway. The driveway into the venue is rather long, (about 15 mins) and the GPS does not include this in the travel time. Please keep this in mind when making arrangements for on time arrival.

Am I lost?

Answer

No, you will see signs for Rockford Grange and head down a gravel road that leads you to the barn. We will be greeting guests in the front receiving room.

Where can I park?

Answer

There is parking located right in front of the barn.

How can we safely have dinner together?

Answer

We will be spacing the tables out within the large reception barn. We will send one assigned table at a time into the reception hall, allow them to receive their food and be seated, before bringing in the next table. We will also ask that you wear your mask at all times in the barn unless eating, drinking, or posing for a photo!

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Yes! Everyone grab a mask! We have a DJ and a dance floor where we can all socially distance but still dance together!

Is there a guest book?

Answer

Yes! We have a wooden tree slab that we want you to sign in the receiving room. We will provide sanitizer and clean pens for each signature, but don’t forget to sign!

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes. We will be having an outdoor ceremony and spacing out our chairs far from the aisle/other families.

Will the people serving food wear gloves and a mask?

Answer

Yes.

What about drinks?

Answer

Each table will have ice buckets with bottled drinks provided for COVID-19 safety.
