Question
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we’d hate to have a person’s phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony exit, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us.

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Due to a limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one it will be listed on your invite by name.

Are kids invited?
Answer
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?
Answer
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories and creams.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes there will be buses too and from the ceremony please see schedule below. There will be a coach bus and sprinter van leaving from the AC hotel and a sprinter Van leaving from the Holiday inn. Ubers are also very present in this area if you need to leave at any time. TO VENUE 2:30PM Buses arrive at the AC hotel 3:00PM Buses leave AC Hotel 3:00PM Buses arrive at Holiday Inn 3:15PM Buses leave the Holiday Inn 3:30PM All buses to Arrive at the Thompson Inn TO HOTELS 10:00 PM After reception bus will start loading for departure back to Holiday Inn And AC 12:00 AM After party Bus will load up and take people back to the Holiday Inn and the AC

Please RSVP by September 27, 2025. You can use the RSVP tab or scan the QR code on the invitation.

What time is the wedding?
Answer
Ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00PM, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seats.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Black tie optional. Formal attire. no jeans, please.
