We will miss you celebrating with us! If you know that you will be unable to make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Will Not Attend” so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d but find that you will not make it, please notify Kaylie and Zach or their parents. If you do not RSVP in time, you will unfortunately not be able to attend our wedding! We are only able to accommodate the space for our RSVP'd guests. Please make sure you RSVP before the deadline! Thank you! 🤍
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We suggest arriving 15-30 minutes early so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in before we say “I DO”! For our guests using our shuttle service, we have our official drop-off and pick-up times posted in the “Travel” tab and near the bottom of the “FAQS” tab.🤍
The reception will end at 12:00am. 🤍
In order to ensure that we are all fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired 2 amazing photographers to capture this special moment and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as we can! After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you would like! 🤍
We would love for our family and friends to dress up with us! We would like everyone to be semi-formal for our special day! Please avoid wearing white and cream colored attire.🤍
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear on your wedding invitation and under your name when you RSVP. 🤍
We love your little ones! We truly do! However, due to the nature of our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding day a 15+ only event. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance! Thank you for understanding! 🤍
The ceremony will be taken place outdoors and the reception will be inside. There will also be outdoor and indoor spots during cocktail hour and parts of the reception for you to enjoy! If there are any weather changes, we will make proper adjustments. 🤍
Yes! Our venue has a parking lot area that is for wedding guests only! Once you arrive to the venue location, there will be signs specifying and guiding you where to park. 🤍

Yes! Our shuttle service is for our guests staying ONLY at Pine Peaks Lodge and Suites and AmericInn by Wyndham Pequot Lakes/Jenkins (with or without using wedding block services). Guests staying at AmericInn by Wyndham Pequot Lakes/Jenkins will need to be ready to get on the shuttle at 2:20pm. The shuttle will stay for around 10-15 minutes before leaving to the venue. You will arrive at approx. 3:00pm. Guests staying at Pine Peaks Lodge and Suites will need to be ready to get on the shuttle at 3:15pm. The shuttle will stay for around 10 minutes before leaving to the venue. You will arrive at approx. 3:40pm. If you plan on using the shuttle to go back to these hotels, the scheduled shuttle pick up times from the venue are: 8:30pm, 10:30pm, and 12:00am. There is available parking at our venue that is for our wedding guests only if planning on driving yourselves to our venue! Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. In having an open bar, we ask that you please know your limits if you plan on driving yourselves to our wedding. Since we are farther away from many places, it is hard for the venue to accommodate Ubers and Lyfts! 🤍
We will be having an open bar from the start of cocktail hour until 10:00pm. For the last couple hours of the night, the bar will become a Cash Bar! 🤍
