Can we bring outside alcohol?
Answer
Absolutely NO outside alcohol is permitted to be in the venue. Anyone caught with outside alcohol risks a $500 fee that I AM NOT paying & getting the entire bar closed down for the remainder of the event. Don’t be that person. Either drink beforehand, pay for your alcohol or simply don’t drink.

Damage Concerns

We kindly ask all guests to respect the venue and its property. Any damages caused will be the responsibility of the guest at fault, who will be held financially liable. Thank you for your understanding and care.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by March 28, 2026, to help us ensure an accurate guest count and provide ample food and seating for everyone.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
All guests must be seated inside the venue by 3:15PM. After this time, doors will be closed and locked until the ceremony concludes. We appreciate your punctuality and understanding. The ceremony will conclude no later than 4:00PM.

Reception location & time
Answer
We would love for you to continue the celebration with us at the same location as our ceremony. After we say, "I do," enjoy a cocktail hour before the reception begins at 5:00PM. We'll dance, laugh, and celebrate together until 10:00PM. There will be a large sign on site with a detailed timeline of events for reference.

Is there a dress code?

We kindly request formal attire for the occasion—feel free to wear any color, but please avoid white out of respect for the bride. Thanks for understanding.

A cash bar will be available—non-alcoholic beverages are on us, while alcoholic drinks will be the responsibility of our guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a parking garage located directly across the street from the venue, available for all guests to use, typically costing around $2–$5 per vehicle. Street parking is also available nearby; however, if you choose to park on the street, please be sure to check signage and time limits, as it is your responsibility to ensure you are parked legally for the duration of the event. Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but to keep our celebration intimate, only the children of our close families are invited. Your invitation will note who is included along with the RSVP section of the website once you enter your name. If your children are listed, please let us know in your RSVP whether they'll be joining you!

• Dinner will be provided, featuring a taco bar for all invited guests to enjoy. • For dessert, we’ll be serving delicious cupcakes to enjoy after dinner.

Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that only guests who were formally invited—and whose names appear on the invitation—attend. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our celebration intimate.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
For your convenience and to ensure stress-free travel, we’ve included a selection of hotels in the Travel section of our website. Several of these options are within walking distance of the venue. Since the wedding is the week of Memorial Day, we would strongly recommend booking your hotel or air b&b right away as they are selling out fast and prices are increasing every week!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the venue. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
