Happily Ever After Starts Here...

On September 6, 2015, the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort was hosting an outdoor concert with Five Finger Death Punch, a heavy metal rock band. Kaylie was working as a beer girl at the concert, selling beer to the concert goers who were having a grand ol' time on the hill. She was in her 4th year of college at Central Michigan University, studying Recreation & Event Management and Marketing. Reese was asked to attend the concert last minute by one of his friends from high school, Kevin Murphy. During the concert, Kaylie was walking by asking anyone if they wanted an ice cold beer. She must of walked right by Reese, because a few seconds later, he came running after her asking to buy two beers, one for himself and the other for his friend. After asking for the beers, he added "and your number." She laughed at him, thinking he was cute, and told him "only if you give me a big tip." Without any thought, he gave her a great tip (hey a broke college student has to make money somehow), and she gave him her phone number. We went on our first day 10 days later at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort, where he proposed to me 1,409 days later on July 26, 2019. The rest is history...
