FAQs

Here are answers to some questions you might have! For any additional questions you have that didn’t get answered here, please reach out to the bride or groom!
Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and seating, we are only able to have those whose names are listed on your invitation and your RSVP link at the wedding. We absolutely will do our best to accommodate as much as we can!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Semi-formal or cocktail attire is preferred. Feel free to bring a comfortable pair of shoes to dance in at the reception! Keep in mind, our ceremony will be held outdoors on a grassy hill, in case you need to plan your footwear accordingly. Please also refrain from wearing any white or ivory colors and no jeans please.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive around 4:00pm - 4:10pm to ensure that you can find your way to the ceremony site and settle in before we begin. We understand that things happen and if you find yourself running late, please wait until the ceremony is over to join us to limit distractions.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and include the names of children who are invited. Due to limited space and seating, we sadly cannot accommodate all of your little ones. We hope that you can look at our wedding as a “night out” for yourself.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or restrictions, you will be prompted to list them in the questionnaire that is shown when you RSVP. We will then let our venue know to plan accordingly!

Question

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Hopefully both! If weather permitting, we plan to have our ceremony outdoors and our cocktail hour, dinner, and reception indoors. Should the weather take a turn, our ceremony will be moved indoors.

Question

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed by us! Please RSVP as “not attending” or let us know as soon as you can so that we can adjust to your absence. If you’ve already RSVP’d but later find out that you will not be attending, again please let us know as soon as possible.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 12th, 2025. This will ensure that we give our venue and vendors a head count on time. If we have not received your response by July 12th, we will assume you are unable to join us and mark you as “not attending”. Our reception will be assigned seating and our venue will only provide the number of dinner plates that we have given them. We hope to see you all there!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you are in need of a hotel recommendation, please reach out to the bride or groom. There are 2 nearby hotels with a limited amount of rooms blocked off for the weddings guests.
