Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations with RSVP details will begin going out in February 2026. Starting February 5th, the RSVP section of this website will also open for guests. We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by May 1, 2026. After that, the RSVP option will close, our final guest count will be confirmed with vendors, and we won’t be able to accommodate additional guests. We won’t be accepting late RSVPs, so please plan ahead and respond as soon as you’re able!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

If you'd like to give a wedding gift, we kindly ask that you visit the Registry section of our website. We’re especially grateful for cash gifts to help us start this next chapter—these can be contributed through our "Newlywed Fund" using a credit or debit card (note: a 2.5% fee applies), or directly via our "Venmo Fund" to avoid any fees. That said, we also truly appreciate any thoughtful or personal gifts you have in mind—your love and support mean the most!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive and be seated by 4:45 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. The earliest we recommend arriving is 4:30 PM, giving you plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the setting before we say "I do."

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask guests to wear semi-formal attire that’s colorful, floral, light, and fun! For ladies, think flowy dresses in floral prints or bright colors (ankle or floor-length) or stylish pantsuits. For gentlemen, nice slacks paired with short or long-sleeve button-down shirts and optional jackets work great. Full suits aren’t required but definitely encouraged—especially when paired with floral shirts or vibrant, playful ties! Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Thank you for checking in! If your invitation didn’t include a “Guest” or your partner’s name, we kindly ask that no additional guests be brought.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we adore all the kiddos, our wedding day will be an adults-only celebration. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (5 PM – 10 PM) will be child-free. To help parents attend worry-free, we’ll be reaching out personally with childcare options for the evening.

Question

I have a food allergy/dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We absolutely want to accommodate our guests and ensure everyone can enjoy the celebration safely. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions that we are not aware of, please refer to the contact information at the bottom of the page under the question, “How should I contact you if I have any questions not listed here?” and reach out—we’re happy to help! Vegan and vegetarian options will be available!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the ceremony/reception location for all guests to use during the event. Guests are allowed to leave their cars in the parking lot overnight if they plan on drinking. They just need to be moved by 12 noon the following day.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Since a lot of our guests are coming in from out of state, we will be celebrating throughout the wedding week. Check the “Schedule” section of our website for updates! We’ll keep adding details as we go. Festivities will likely run from June 8–13, 2026.

Question

What is a Cannabis/Bud bar?

Answer

We’re glad you asked! In true Colorado fashion, our wedding cocktail hour and reception will feature both alcohol and cannabis for our 21+ guests. We’ve partnered with Irie Weddings & Events to provide an upscale mobile cannabis and CBD bartending experience (Don’t forget your ID!) Irie Budtenders will offer a curated selection of inhalable options (joints, chillums, cartridges) and edibles (like gummies and chocolates), along with a CBD water station to help everyone stay HIGHdrated. New to cannabis? No worries! Irie provides thoughtful education and guidance for curious first-timers, plus they're equipped with Adverse Reaction Kits (ARKs) to quickly restore balance if anyone feels uncomfortable. Our bartenders and budtenders will also work together to keep the vibes fun, safe, and chill for all.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ideally, our ceremony will be held outdoors, with the cocktail hour and reception taking place primarily indoors—but with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy as well! We’ll have lawn games set up, and the cannabis bar will be outdoors during the cocktail hour and reception, while food and drinks will be served inside. Keep in mind that June weather in Colorado can be unpredictable—it might be warm and sunny, cool and breezy, or even include a quick rain shower. If needed, we’ll move the ceremony indoors to keep everyone comfortable.
