Kayli and Rodrigo’s story began in April 2019 at Chelsea Piers, when Kayli stopped by payroll to complete her paperwork—and met Rodrigo Ramirez. What started as a friendly work connection quickly turned into a close friendship, filled with happy hours and laughs with the back-office crew over the next four years. In 2023, that friendship turned into something more, and not long after, Rodrigo moved in with Kayli. A couple of years later, the two set off on a dream trip to Italy—starting in Rome, continuing to Venice, and ultimately arriving in Florence. At Piazzale Michelangelo, Kayli’s favorite place in the world (and where she studied abroad in 2012), Rodrigo popped the question. Kayli had a slight suspicion when Rodrigo insisted on waking up at sunrise to see the view—something very out of character for a non-morning person. She said yes, of course, and the celebration continued along the Amalfi Coast. Now, Kayli and Rodrigo are thrilled to be saying “I do” on September 19, 2026, at Anthony’s Ocean View. With Kayli being from Cape Cod and both of them sharing a love for the ocean, the venue was the very first they toured—and they instantly fell in love. They can’t wait to celebrate with you by the water this September.
