Thank you for sharing in our special day!

We first met as freshmen at an FSU football game. Surrounded by friends, we got to know each other over the next two years before beginning our relationship in April 2025. Looking back, there were truly so many tell-tale signs that we would end up together! Between friends and family calling it before we ever did, and random “coincidences” over time, you could say it was “meant to be.” Overall, however, our ability to say with confidence that we are ready for this next step is completely modeled after the love we first experienced in Christ Jesus. Our story of why we chose to get married is modeled after the love that Christ first showed us. We believe that marriage is more than just a commitment to one another, it is a reflection of our relationship with God. In the same way that we choose to walk with Him and make Him our first love, we are choosing one another in covenant, with Christ at the center of it all. We pray that our love story reflects the Gospel that has been revealed to us through Jesus: a love that is selfless, faithful, sacrificial, and full of grace. Marriage symbolizes the relationship between Christ and His Church, as described in Ephesians 5:25–32, where love is shown through sacrifice, devotion, and unwavering commitment. It is a reminder of God’s faithfulness to His people and the covenant He continually keeps with us. Our prayer is that the unity we share would reflect the oneness we are called to have with Christ (1 Corinthians 6:17), and that our relationship would point others back to Him. We hope our marriage serves as a witness to God’s redemptive love and His beautiful design for partnership, purpose, and unity. Through every season, we desire for our relationship to bless those around us and ultimately glorify God. We are incredibly honored to have such amazing people surrounding us as we step into this commitment. You all mean so much to us, and we are so grateful for your love, support, and presence in our lives. Thank you for being part of our story!
