What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request Coastal Formal Attire for our wedding celebration! For ladies, we recommend floor-length gowns or elegant midi dresses. For gentlemen, we suggest suits with ties, with lightweight fabrics and coastal colors such as navy, tan, or light neutrals encouraged. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up for our special day!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place at separate locations on Hilton Head Island. The ceremony is at Providence Presbyterian Church in HHI, and the Cocktail Hour/Reception will be on the terrace and in the Champions Ballroom at the Harbour Town Golf Links. Will anything be outdoors?

Answer

No, the ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. The summer heat can we brutal, so we want all of our guests to have access to the cool air indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony location approximately 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow plenty of time to find your seat.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally included on your wedding invitation. If a plus-one has been extended to you, their name will be indicated on your invitation or RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that you refer to your invitation for the guests included in your party that are 16 and up. We appreciate your understanding!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by the date listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that all guests respond by the deadline so we can finalize arrangements for our special day.

Do I have to pay for a pass into Hilton Head?

Answer

No, the passes will be provided for you to enter Sea Pines for the wedding weekend.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Parking information and any transportation arrangements will be shared closer to the wedding date. We recommend allowing extra travel time during the busy summer season on Hilton Head Island.

What should we do while visiting Hilton Head?

Answer

We hope you’ll make a weekend out of your visit! Hilton Head has so much to offer, from beautiful beaches and golf courses to shopping, dining, and exploring Harbour Town. We can’t wait to share one of our favorite places with you!
