Of all the things we could possibly want for our wedding, the health and safety of our guests is far and away number one. We are grateful and very fortunate to say that planning a wedding has been among the “hardest” things we’ve had to do during this time. For those planning to attend, we’ve done our best to plan around every guideline and then some to be responsible (check out the FAQs) and make this the wedding we’ve always wanted. But we also need your help. We would like every one of our guests that are able to be vaccinated to do so (and so many of you already are!). If you are medically unable to get a vaccine, please let us know. We will ask you to be tested in the days leading up to the wedding and follow all CDC un-vaccinated protocols very strictly. If you are unable to attend or are at all uncomfortable attending, please know that we love you and know that you love us and that we 100% understand.
1. Please, please get vaccinated 2. If you can't get vaccinated, get tested in the days leading up to the wedding 3. Wear a mask between drinks and meals. Support staff will be masked the entire time 4. Sanitization stations throughout 5. The wedding is outside (rain or shine) in the peak of summer.
July in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire is a very popular time to book a hotel! We do have room blocks at the Mill Falls hotel campus, but if you are planning on attending then please consider booking a hotel room / Air BnB sooner rather than later.
We've arranged for a shuttle to make travel on the day of the ceremony as simple as possible. The shuttle will be making a loop between the venue and the Mill Falls Hotel Campus in Meredith. The shuttle will be available to pick you up from the hotel and bring you back at the end of the night after the festivities are over - don't worry about driving after a long day of celebrating! If you aren't staying at Mill Falls, don't worry! Let us know. If enough people are near you, we can add a stop to the loop. Taxis will also be available (especially if you will be renting a home elsewhere in the area). Heads up though - don't expect Uber to be available!
The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM, please plan to arrive by 2:45 PM.
Look nice, but be comfortable! It is summer, so don't plan to be black tie / ultra formal. Guys will be in suits, gals in sundresses. Be mindful of your shoes - the reception will be at least partially on a grass lawn. Nights can get cool!
Yes! Let Max or Kayley know!
Parking will be available, but we advise taking advantage of the shuttle or a taxi. Let's all have fun, but be responsible!
Right here on Zola!
As much as we would love to have everyone join, please only bring a +1 if your formal invitation includes this.
Same deal as +1's! Your formal invitation will tell you everything you need to know.
