When will the shuttle be taking us from the Delamar to Black Star Farms?

Answer

Pickup times are 1:30 & 2:10pm, and the shuttle will begin bringing people back to The Delamar at 10:10pm.

Which Black Star Farms location, Suttons Bay or Traverse City?

Answer

SUTTONS BAY. The Traverse City location is just a tasting room, the Suttons Bay location is the actual vineyard where we will be having out ceremony and reception.

How soon do I need to book a room in your room block?

Answer

Rooms will be first-come first-served, so ASAP to guarantee your spot! Hotels in Traverse City can sometimes book up to a year in advance.

How can I stay at the Black Star Farms Inn?

Answer

Contact Mack's Mom Cheryl at (248)921-8366. You cannot book through Black Star Farms directly since we have already reserved the entire Inn for our guests!

How do I select my dinner entrée?

Answer

You may do so through the RSVP page on our website, send back the preference card that will be included in your formal invitation, or text your selection to Kayley at (248)915-8434. The options are as follows: 1) Slow Roasted MI Craft Beef Short Ribs with Arcturos Cabernet Franc Demi-Glace 2) Seared Sumac King Salmon with Tomato Gazpacho and Preserved Lemon Marmalade 3) Vegetarian Vegetable Lasagna with Gruyére and Vodka Sauce

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Enjoy your drinks on us. The Black Star Farms wine is incredible, and there will be signature cocktails. Maybe a keg or two as well :o)

What is Traverse City weather like?

Answer

During the day we are expecting sunny and mid-70s, but nights can be chilly in the mid-50s. We recommend bringing a light jacket!

Can we bring our kids?

We love your children but besides our flower girl and ringbearer, will be holding an adult-only reception.
