Kaylen's View: When we first started becoming friends, we played a game of 21 questions. By question 17 we knew enough to know we wanted to date each other. Robens was going through a lot of doctor appointments during this time, so when Robens told me about everything, he was going through I told him "I would be here for him whenever he needed me." While learning about each other I learned that there were a lot of things we had in common. He took the time to listen to what I had to say. While we were dating, I got sick, and he went out of his way to bring me a sick bag with all of my favorite snacks. After that, I knew he was exactly the person I wanted to be with. Despite his challenges, he always put the effort to take care of me and be there for me. He had my back, and I had his. Robens View: We grew up in the same Kingdom Hall, so I used to always see her at the hall. Until the pandemic, we never really talked to each other. One day I got a card from her family that had a nice message and some treats for my sister and me. I sent her a text saying thank you, and after that day we began talking every day. As we got to know each other, we played a game of 21 questions. I told her the challenges I was going through with my skin condition. During this time, I was going through a lot of medications and procedures. When I told her this, she said something to me that made me know that she was the girl I've been praying about. She told me that she would always be there for me. While we dated, she's been there for me through my most challenging moments, which made me know that I wanted to marry her. She loved me for me and helped me each step of the way.
