FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child’s name is on the invite or part of the RSVP link, then YES! Otherwise, if your child's name is NOT on the invitation, we will be unable to accommodate due to guess count limitations.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before hand.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The venue has graciously allowed for vehicles to stay over night at the venue, if a guest is to over consume any alcoholic beverages. ;)

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! Please message the bride or groom so accommodations can be made!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We currently have room blocks set up at La Quinta Hotel. You can find more info about this under the " Travel" tab of the website. There are also numerous Air BNBs or VRBOs in the area if you would like more privacy and comfortability for you and your family. If you need help setting up travel accommodations, our Bridesmaid, Sarah Jett can help you set up lodging and rental car services.

Question

Where do you recommend flying into?

Answer

If you are coming from the Gulf Coast we highly recommend flying into Denver International Airport (DIA). You can find direct flights out of New Orleans, LA. Connecting flights can be found out of the Mobile, AL or Pensacola, FL airport. The venue is only 45-60 minutes away from the airport depending on traffic with several hotels nearby. Rental cars and shuttles are available on site at DIA.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 14th, 2025 at the latest. If an RSVP has not been submitted by this date we can not promise that accommodations can be made for you and your party as we may give your spot to another guest. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party If you’d like to coordinate with our wedding color palette, we kindly ask you to choose from the pastel color wheel. Think fun, floral, and whimsical pastel garden party vibes! Light pinks, blues, oranges, greens, purples, and yellows are perfect! This is completely optional and NOT a requirement. However, please avoid wearing white or ivory.

Question

Will it be an open bar?

Answer

We will be setting a limit for drinks on the Bride and Groom’s tab. Once that tab runs out guest can purchase their own drinks from the cash bar.
