FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kaylen Sanders and James Hall
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is Cocktail Attire. If you’d like to take inspiration from our wedding color palette, feel free to incorporate any of the colors displayed above, but this is completely optional and not a requirement. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in whatever you choose to wear! Please note: Both the ceremony and part of the reception will be held outdoors in a patio/garden setting, which includes cobblestone paths and grassy areas. We recommend wearing footwear suitable for walking on uneven ground. The indoor portion of the wedding also involves one flight of stairs.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025 at the latest. If your RSVP has not been submitted by this date, we can’t guarantee that accommodations can be made for you. We also respectfully ask that only those named on the invitation attend due to the size of the venue. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding ceremony and reception. However, little ones are warmly welcome to join us for the welcome party the evening before the wedding. If you would like assistance with finding local childcare in the Philadelphia area, please reach out to the bride or groom directly, and we’ll be happy to help.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We currently have room blocks set up at both Penn’s View Hotel in Old City and Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square. If you're interested in taking advantage of the discounted rates at either of these hotels, you can follow the instructions below. More information about both hotels is available under the “Travel” tab of our wedding website. There are also numerous Airbnbs and a handful of other hotels in the area if you're looking for convenient lodging options at different price points. For Penn's View Hotel: You must call the direct hotel line at (215) 922-7600 and mention either the Sanders and Hall wedding or group number 192548 when booking. Note that the room block is not accessible via the hotel’s online booking system. For Sonesta: To book, you must use our exclusive booking link, https://book.passkey.com/go/SandersHallWedding. After following the link, you should select "Attendee" on the first page and then you can proceed with the booking process via the website.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! Please include a note in your RSVP and if needed, contact the bride or groom so that accommodations can be made.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes in advance.

Question

What should I know about parking near the venue?

Answer

Parking is available in the area surrounding the venue, but please note that it is street parking in an urban environment. While guests can usually find a spot, you may need to allow extra time to park and walk a couple of blocks to the venue. If walking from a parking spot is a concern, we recommend using a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft for a convenient, door-to-door option from your hotel or lodging.
